achieve, but rather it's an occupational right we constantly

work to maintain.

 

Our safety culture starts at the highest levels of

management, promoting accountability, communication,

awareness, and trust. Our new employee training and orientation ensures every employee knows their safety responsibilities and the safety standards set by the company.  Scheduled safety meetings between foremen and management provide a venue for communicating any safety concerns.  On-site safety meetings and "Toolbox Safety Topics" keep our employees aware of the different hazards to workplace safety.
